Physical Directions: At the start of the loop track going in from Riverside Drive.  Next to Sea Cadets and The Rowing Club.  Driving out from city, turn right before the pedestrian crossing into driveway towards the shore.

Summer activities include NZYA Sail Training, levels 1, 2 and 3.  Canoe & rowing training as well as  canoe trips and cycle trail expeditions.  We also hold a training camp before our annual regatta to train in erecting tents and other campsite requirements.

Winter Activities:  include activities such as outdoor cooking, orienteering around town, badge work, marching practice, sailing expeditions, attending the local centerboard sailing series. Swimming, sleepovers, catering for mother’s and father’s day dinners. Also archery and rock wall climbing are just some of our activities.  We also like to hold weekend events such as our upcoming Wenderholm camp to canoe the Puhoi River and treetop adventures in the Glenbervie Forest.  Our older girls are looking at caving at Abby Caves.

Brief Commentary:  We sail every second Monday on low tide from Onerahi ramp and row on the high tide from our ship, up the estuary.
